By accessing and using AbleHOA (“the Service”), operated by OMUZE, INC (d/b/a AbleHOA) (“AbleHOA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms of Service govern your use of AbleHOA, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through AbleHOA.

4. SMS / Text Messaging (Two-Factor Authentication)
AbleHOA uses SMS text messages solely to deliver one-time passcodes (OTP) for account login and identity verification (two-factor authentication). By providing your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive these authentication text messages from AbleHOA. These are transactional messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency depends on your login and verification activity. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact support@ablehoa.com. To stop receiving authentication texts, reply STOP; opting out will disable text-based login and verification for your account. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
