SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Notice
We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. No mobile information, including text-messaging opt-in data and consent, will be shared with any third parties for their own purposes.
Sharing is limited to service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver your authentication messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider). These providers may use the data only to perform that service and for no other purpose.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive one-time passcode (OTP) text messages from AbleHOA for account login and identity verification. These are transactional authentication messages only; we do not send marketing texts.
Message frequency depends on your login and verification activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any authentication text or contacting support@ablehoa.com. Opting out will disable text-based login and verification for your account.
How We Share Your Information
We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties.
